	The Herodium, Burial Place of King Herod
	Herod I referred to as "the Great" was the famous king mentioned in the Bible, who beautified the Second Temple in Jerusalem. His burial place was discovered and excavated by Dr. Ehud Netzer on a cone-shaped hill in the Judean desert known as the Herodium.
