isaiah 21:3 For this reason my loins are full of anguish; Pains have seized me like the pains of a woman in labor. I am so bewildered I cannot hear, so terrified I cannot see.
3. Isaiah imagines himself among the exiles in Babylon and cannot
help feeling moved by the calamities which come on it. So for Moab
(Isa 15:5; 16:11).
