john 8:23 And He was saying to them, "You are from below, I am from above; you are of this world, I am not of this world.
23. Ye are from beneath; I am from above--contrasting Himself, not as in Joh 3:31, simply with earthborn messengers of God, but with men sprung from and breathing an opposite element from His, which rendered it impossible that He and they should have any present fellowship, or dwell eternally together.
